Virtual Office Visits

Starting March 6, 2020 and for the duration of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, Telehealth has been the optimal was to achieve the medical coverage you need without having to leave your home.  Telehealth visits can be scheduled the same as an office visit without the travel.  To schedule a telehealth all you need is a smart phone, tablet, laptop, or computer with video and auto capability.

Obtaining medication refills is easy with our telephone refill service.

Chronic Care Managment

Managing your health can be made simpler when you're part of a team. With Chronic Care Management we coordinate your care with all your health providers and provide you the tools you need to to properly manage your care. All this can be done on the phone. Someone  from our office will call you to ensure that you are able to achieve optimal health care. 

Video Telemedicine

In an effort to keep  our patients safe amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer telehealth video conferencing also known as telemedicine.

Medication refills can be requested by simply calling our office and selecting option four.  Just stated your name, DOB, the medication name and strength and the instruction for how your medication is taken, then tell the pharmacy name and location and we'll take care of the rest.
